Rapper Curren$y released the much awaited mixtape Covert Coup on February 20, 2011. This mixtape only consist of 10 songs all together, but each of them go hard take my word for it! What makes this mixtape so special is that it was produced 100 percent by the Alchemist, so you know the beats are cold. Here is a good article on the mixtape and other future endeavors Curren$y will be bringing to the table.

~New reading pretty dope~
New biography on Malcolm X that is supposed to be pretty controversal. Manning Marable the author of this novel didn't even get to live to see this book be published, for he died on April 1, 2011. I will probably grab this book sometime this week and check it out, I will be sure to let everyone know how it is. I'm pretty sure some people will be outraged by some of the topics that Marable discussed in this novel, but I will not tell you all too much. Go grab this book people, let me know how you feel!
